New to yoga or not sure where to begin? Come and try a gentle, beginner-friendly class designed to help you feel comfortable from the moment you step on the mat.
These relaxed Wednesday morning sessions are a chance to move, stretch, and breathe at your own pace—no experience, flexibility, or fitness needed. Everything is explained clearly, with plenty of options so you can find what feels right for your body.
This is a pay-what-you-can community class, with a suggested contribution of £5–£10, but you’re very welcome to come for free if that feels right for you. It’s a lovely way to ease into yoga and see if it’s for you.
All equipment, including mats, is provided. Just bring yourself and a sense of curiosity and openness to try something new in a fun, supportive space. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring a water bottle if you’d like - drinking water on tap is available. Please be aware that the studio is up a flight of stairs.

Yoga for Beginners Spring Workshop

Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? This warm, welcoming three-week beginners’ workshop is designed especially for you.
Whether you’ve never stepped on a mat or felt out of place in a typical class, you’ll learn the foundations in a relaxed, supportive space—no pressure, no pretzel poses required.
Across three Wednesday mornings (10:30–11:30), we’ll gently explore sun salutations, the most essential postures, and simple ways to warm up, stretch, build strength and find your flow.
Expect small-group connection (max 8 people), plenty of encouragement, and a joyful approach to building strength, flexibility, balance, and a brighter mood. By the end, you’ll feel confident creating your own daily practice and walking into any class with ease.
